RIGHT OF REVOCATION

Please read the following information about how to cancel an order from our shop:

Customers have the following right of revocation for contracts concluded outside of business premises and for distance contracts, with the exception of contracts concerning financial services (a Customer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly can neither be attributed to their commercial nor self-employed professional activity)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which the last goods have been received by you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You may use the attached model revocation form, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercising the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than any additional charges arising from you choosing a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). This will be done immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

We may refuse to make any refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation from this contract. Please send them to:

The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs for returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and function.

Note:

Exclusion of the right of revocation

Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of revocation does not apply to the following contracts:

For the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and the production of which is based on Customer’s individual selection or specification, or such goods which are clearly customised according to their individual needs,
for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or where the expiration date would be exceeded within a short period,
for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
